Pack Securely
Carefully place the unused candles in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected with bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
